These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Tride Foreclosure Relief (“Tride”), a division of the Law Offices of Choates Legal and Immigration Services.
- Services Offered
Tride provides foreclosure mitigation strategies, loan modification support, housing transition plans, hardship documentation, lender negotiation support, and related advisory services. Some services may involve referral to licensed attorneys or third-party professionals. - Consultations
Initial consultations are free and confidential. Engagement in services beyond initial evaluation may require written agreement and signed consent. - Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Promptly submit required documentation.
Follow action plans as mutually agreed.
- Fees
While some services may be complimentary, others may incur fees. All costs will be clearly communicated in advance, and no charges will be incurred without client authorization. - Limitations
Tride is not responsible for lender or third-party decisions. While we strive for positive outcomes, no guarantees are made regarding results, timelines, or relief approvals. - Affiliations and Disclaimers
Tride is affiliated with the Law Offices of Choates Legal and Immigration Services. Legal representation, when required, is provided exclusively by licensed attorneys operating independently or by referral. Tride is not a substitute for legal advice. - Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. Tride reserves the right to cancel services if a user is found to be dishonest, uncooperative, or in violation of policies.
